Reviews and Ratings
The location of the hotel is really picturesque, with a lovely balcony view overlooking the Broadwater, making it perfect for beach walks and local dining. I had a mixed experience overall; while the rooms were clean and comfortable, they could definitely use some updates. The service was friendly, and the staff were very accommodating, but there were a few quirks that made my stay less than ideal, such as the buzzing noise in the living area. It’s a bit of a toss-up when it comes to value for money, especially given the areas in need of attention.
My stay at this resort was quite disappointing overall. While the location offered some scenic views, the rooms were far from appealing, with unpleasant odors and outdated furnishings. The service from the staff was commendable as they were friendly and responsive when issues arose, but it didn’t quite compensate for the discomfort. I felt the price didn’t match the quality of the accommodation provided.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, overlooking the Broadwater, and really close to Harbour Town. The staff, especially Lea, were lovely and accommodating. However, the rooms could use a refresh, and there were some cleanliness issues that detracted from the stay. While the outdoor pool and BBQ area were nice, the general upkeep could improve.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location was fantastic, offering great views over the Broadwater, and the pool area was enjoyable. However, the rooms definitely need a makeover and had some cleanliness issues. I felt the overall value for money was lacking, especially given the condition of the facilities and service.
Our stay at the resort was a mixed bag. The location was quite nice with great views, and the pool area was a definite highlight. However, we encountered some serious issues, including poor cleanliness and uncomfortable furnishings. While the staff seemed well-meaning, the overall experience did not match the price we paid.
